★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After seeing a lot properties in much areas of PCMC, at last when we come to Sai crystal, we finalize the property within a few hours. In terms of carpet area, structural layout, space, quality of built, location accessibility and very most important Ratewise quote Sai crystal is awesome one.
Sales team specially Mr.Shailesh kamat and Mr.Shubham supported us a lot whenever needed.
Civil team Mr.Balaji and Mr.Amol also provided mortal time being help for flat clearance in terms of any difficulties.
Thanks a lot complete team and hope for same in future days also even after society handover..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Builder kept third party sales team to deal with Customers which is absolutely Useless.
Almost 12 to 15 flats got cancelled due worst Sales service which we came to know.
Lots of hidden things from Builder end.
Actual builder no-where coming in picture.
There is some major Complition issue is also going on when I met some persons during site visit.

Construction quality is very good.One of the best project - ready to move property.Beautiful layout plan with spacious lobby and peaceful location . Sales team specially Mr.Shubham supported us a lot whenever needed.

I found flats are very specious.I booked flat on first day itself.
Believe it or not I searched a lot of flats but I selected this.
It has good natural lighting and properly ventilated.
Sales team is also great. They helped me lot in the process.
