★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good residential complex. Security is good, they enquire each and every non resident about where they are going. Rooms are spacious as per Pune standards I belive. Ample parking space.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spacious flats with many issues, I am writing this after staying in society for more than 3 years.
1. The society has underlying water shortages which you’ll experience from March till October, there are times when water is not available for 2-3 days, specially in A and F wing.
2. Sunlight is rarely received in A,B, E,F wings due to its layout and direction, also not vastu friendly.
3. Seepage issues in many flats
4. Flat only has one small balcony which is not enough to dry clothes and sit out. Also the dry balcony is far away from kitchen so maid cannot go and wash utensils there, making it useless.
5. Owners and brokers have an association where they decide how to hike the rent or selling price, no matter it the market price is very less as compared, so be aware of politics here.
6. Society maintenance charges are very high as compared to other societies but if you complain about any issues here you won’t get any resolution.
Please think before investing or renting here.
Replying to comments by Greens Committee - please consider my review as a chance for improvement rather providing justification on it. I have been staying here for a long time and the review is based on my experience here, also same was communicated to the committee but they seem to have a mindset that they don’t need any improvements.
Also please stop blaming PCMC on the water shortage part, there are other societies as well within same jurisdiction providing water 24/7 so why can’t Greens? Stop giving excuses and please work on finding solutions as people in society are suffering.
And the review should help others before investing in the society.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ While there are many positives, the cons listed below make day-to-day life a bit problematic. These issues make you think twice before paying the premium price tag they demand.
Pros - good neighbors, enthusiastic community, good connectivity, spacious flats.
Cons - severe water issues during summer, frequent failures in STP, common areas (e.g. shower rooms in swimming pool, play area for kids) not maintained properly.

Please think before purchasing a flat and don’t be fooled by the prettier picture shown.
