★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently I visited Fluffy Egg in Wakad Pune ?. As per the name Fluffy Egg, this place is perfect for the eggiterian. They have lots of varieties in egg. It's an open space with sitting. Perfect for family and friends. I tried Egg khandoli, Schezwan omlette toast, Cheese Chicken omlette, Egg poplet, Omlette pizza and Shanghai rice. Loved the all dishesh Overall taste is good Must try Egg Poplet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A new food truck based of egg food is near Wakad. You can have varieties of egg dishes as options. Rates are reasonable and quality is good.
It's an open space with sitting. Prices are for dishes are Rs. 70-220 max.
Starters -
Egg khandoli - An egg based bread with top of onion, tomatoes, normal spices and coriander. Soft and light dish.
Schezwan omlette toast - Bread coated with omlette and oregano. Comes with some channa in side.
Definitely Try and Main Dishes -
Cheese Chicken omlette - Omlette filled with chicken anf cheese overloaded. It's been sprikle with oregano and peppers. Comes with a toasted bread.
Egg poplet - Best onion based gravy dish with kulcha paratha. You will love it definitely. (recommend)

One Sentence for this place " Sunday ho yaa Monday Roz Khao Anday "
Small Place located in Wakad which shares it's space with Kannnu Ki Chai. But don't be surprised with sheer size of this place as it packs some punch both with the food and pricing too.
Now coming to the main part that is food which we tried and hogged onto.
Egg Khandoli ( Must-try)
Schezwan Omelette Toast
Cheese chicken Omelette with toasts (recommended)
Egg popplet served with kulcha (Highly recommended)
Omelette Pizza
Shanghai Rice
Bun Omelette
Egg Butter Masala Rice
Egg Khandoli, sandwich bread topped with thin omlette along with chopped onions.tomotoes and a pinch of chilli powder. Bread was toasted perfectly and omlette was thin perfect quick bites. Must try.
Schezwan Omlette Toast, sandwich with omlette coating on top with medium spicy schezwan sauce sandwich between them is just way amazing.
Cheese Chicken omlette, thick size of omlette with shredded chicken and cheese on top pinched with chilli flakes which serves with slices of brown bread. One won't be able to notice that chicken has been mixed in it until u taste it.
Bun omlette, soft bun with double layer of omlette. The sweet notes of bun and mild spicy omlette perfectly blended like made for each other. Must try.
Veg Shanghai Rice, one of the best rice dishes with load of veggies serves along with schezwan sauce.
Egg popplet served with Kulcha the ultimate show stopper of all the dishes that I tried here. The dish was served with yummylicious egg gravy which had boiled egg and egg Omelette served along with Kulchas or one can have it with bread too as per his/her liking. My only regret with this dish was I had it in the middle of all dishes instead of at the end.
To Sum it all up. Great place to be at, have good food with pocket friendly pricing.

From which I tried
1.Chicken Schezwan Omelette
It taste so good when a simple omelette is mixed with Schezwan sauce and chicken.. Loved the taste...
2.Spanish omelette
Was thinking of some different fluffy type of omelette but it not as thought.. But the taste was good...with added with lots of veggie in it.
3.BBQ Smoky Bhurji
It was boiled egg bhurji... With added with lots of spices loved the taste of it...
4.Peri Peri Bhurji
One of my favorite it was the boiled egg bhurji with the sauce of Peri Peri masla.. And the taste of this bhurji was just awesome loved it... (Must try)
5.Scrambled Egg Maggie
Was not knowing before but it taste good when it taste with scrambled egg on it... ?
6.Egg Curry
Really must try this dish... Loved it If you are confused what to eat then go with this egg curry you will definitely love it.. With laccha paratha... One of my favorite?

It is situated in main road so ample space for parking.
Egg Royal Laziz with Laccha Paratha and Egg Garlic Toast - Perfectly made, delicious in taste, good in quantity and had a lovely flavour.
Cheesy Paneer Wrap - It was nicely roasted and was stuffed with lot of cheese. It was cheesy, tasty, little spicy and little tangy.
Veg Triple Rice - Fried Noodles at base, top with Manchurian Gravy and then Fried Rice.
The whole combination was so good in taste.
It was cooked well, had a crunch because of noodles, spicy, little tangy and delicious.
Shanghai Noodles - The noodles were cooked well and wasn't chewy. Sauteed perfectly in veggies and sauces. It was outstanding and yummy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fluffy egg is decent place around in wakad to have egg meals with multiple options to choose from a variety of dishes infused with egg...... It is kind of a food truck with a common area shared with another business. There is ample amount of sitting place with covered roof.
Pros :
1. Location is good for locals and easily accessible through main road.
2. The quantity of food they serve is pretty decent and quiet enough for a single person.
3. There are so many variation in the menu that even if you eat there everyday for like a month you still won't be able to try all the dishes....
4. Taste is suttle and changes with every dish, it isnt too spicy nor too bland..... especially their egg carry is the one you should try which was ? good.
Cons :
1. I found a few dishes to be a lil be over priced for student and people who want to eat cheap food. If you come in a group of 2 you'll atleast endup spending 500 for a meal depending upon what you order and whether you want to eat a stomach full....
2. I'd like to suggest if you are coming here for a traditional desi style bhurji experience then you wont get it over here... coz the bhurjis are made of boiled eggs and they are infused with saised like itallian style.
Thats all, and I would definitely suggest you guys visiti this place atleast once, coz our self expierience is most important..... ?

I was here few days ago. The place is well maintained and has fresh vibes.
Tried their cheesy paneer wrap, veg triple noodles, egg toast, egg Royal laziz, Shanghai noodles and egg mayo sandwich.
The presentation and quantity serves was really great. Loved their dishes completely. But my personal favorite is egg Royal laziz with laccha paratha?.
Do try this place guys!
