β β β β β 1.first of all parking area planning is very bad. when u walk from main entrance gate to lift u need to pass through commercial shops ac outdoor units and toilet window...
2.unplanned pipelines everywhere in parking...u feel like u r entering in some advance version of MHADA building.
3.lobby tiles are so cheap quality that even after acid wash it looks dirty...many tiles are damaged merely in 3 months...
4. quality of construction is like u don't need drill machine to make hole in wall...u can assume the quality..
4. MONT VERT has tried to do so much cost cutting by using low quality material.
THINK 100 TIMES BEFORE MAKING ANY DEAL WITH MONT VERT...ITS A WASTE OF MONEY.
