★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quality of the cloths and material is excellent. .. It gets even more soft after washing ... Colour does not come out....but its little bit expensive ... Friendly staff and helps for selecting products ... Prices are high ... Will visit again and will recommend others ...Really liked the service and suggestions and help provided by the salesperson.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am really happy to share my experience for first cry wakad shop. I went to other first cry shops intially to buy baby cradle but were not in good condition also with overpriced. Then I visited this shop, I got baby cradle with good condition and big discount as well.
Very professional and polite. Thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Store manager/owner is very rude with customers. This store dnt have much stock and options. They also dnt match the online price of FirstCry website. He said “online price chahie to online kharid lo, store mat aao”. Such a ridiculous behaviour.

I was kept asking again for product information but out of 4-5 salespeople, nobody wants to listen to me 1 of them was busy with a mobile game or WhatsApp something. When I tried to reach the store manager (who was sitting outside the store, on the stairs and having chat with 2-3 people who seem outsiders) he sounds arrogant. I quickly left the shop. I had gone their cause brand name but the service was pathetic. would suggest to avoid this store.
