★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This store is a big disappointment. We had visited to look for pram but left with humiliation. Staff is arrogant and flop service (especially a lady who wears specs and is not in uniform). Was mistreated by her. Had a very bad experience.Also there is very less range of products. Almost all the required products were unavailable.would recommend to visit any other Firstcry outlet or shop online. Only visit Hinjewadi branch if you wish to get insulted.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I could have given a better rating, as the store is spacious and the staff is well behaved and courteous. However, there's a funny (more of an irritating) part to it. We went to buy a pram, there were around 6-8 prams kept right at the entrance. The staff described a few of them, and particularly stressed on a couple of them as bestsellers - but we weren't quite impressed with the existing stock. I had a few shortlisted items from the online store and asked him whether any of these were available - we were told that these aren't available. While looking for other options, we asked them to bring down one of the models that was kept as a showpiece, a little above the other ones; by then, we had made up my mind to buy the so called 'bestseller' one due to lack of other options. Once I asked for that, the staff said that we have a similar model kept at the back - let me show you that; and lo behold, there were around 20+ prams kept in another section (which is not visible from the entrance), including a few that I had shortlisted. When I asked whether there is any reason we were not shown these earlier in spite of showing the shortlisted items - there wasn't an answer! This kind of cross selling by blind siding a customer is irritating to the core and kind of overshadowed the pros of the store and the experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service is very bad. Don't vist this branch at all. The don't have stock. And When there is any size issue, thyr don't have the difference sizes too. Super bad experience. Complete -ve experience. Brand like first cry expected far far far better services than this

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Once of the worst store of first cry with zero customer service. The behavior of the Manager is very pathetic. When each and every store has a refund policy this store works on its own policy. Shopping from this store is never recommended.

Hence , very much satisfied.
