★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't think so it's genuine. One shirt and T shirt i bought worth ₹2000 each. shirt color fading while washing & T shirt lowest quality cloth.
I will prefer Brandfactory than this so called Outlet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is worst VanHueseun store I have ever come across. Had asked for item in smaller size but have a bigger one. Had to go back and get it exchanged. The person on the counter, SANJAY SALVE, is the worst person to deal. With customer.
He is the most confused person in the store. First he told me to pay extra as he thought I am buying new items, even though I told him it was exchange. Took him 5 mins to understand. Then he told me I had to pay balance amount, which did not make sense as the new item were lower in cost than the exchanged item. Took him another 5 mins to do simple math. Finally, after much use of calculator, he told me that the store was to give 80 rupees back to me and they will not.
Sanjay Salve and VanHueseun stole from me. He did not even give me any bill for new item as a record will be created and then he won't be able to steel.
I have been a long time customer of VanHueseun and had planned to do my entire winter shopping from this outlet but going though this painful experience, I will never go back to VanHueseun.
It is just a warning to everyone to be very careful about shopping in this outlet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Suits are nice but the culture these show rooms have build is very upsetting. I have take a suit from here, but it required fitting. At that time tailor was not there. I was asked by manager to come after a week's time and he said that if i give my suit in weekday, I will get in 3days after alteration. When I came back they said that it will take almost 5days to ready the suit as there is no electricity. Can you believe it??
And the tailor was not showing any interest in doing any work on the suit. Finally i had to get it fixed outside.
I was not "very happy with this service provided so the outlet deserves only one star.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They always have offers going on especially during festival season and you get good stuff. You can mix match within the offer i.e trouser, shirts, t-shirts, casual wear and jeans. Amazing my experience in this store is really good. I have done lot of shopping from this store and that to multiple times. Parking is a problem since they don't have parking space.

I have nothing much to say but have gratitude for both of them.. This hospitality is what every store room staff's should have to have.
