★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prime location. Construction is ok but builder sonigara has used low quality materials at some places. Installed local brand lift which is performing very bad. Builder promised good quality but at the end it was bad. After possession, maintenance services are very pathetic from builder. You have to regressive follow up on every small task. Parking is a problem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a very specious area for 1bhk and 2bhk. Facilities provided are good but only parking area issue is there. You cannot park more than 3 bikes in your slot and if you park your car then not a single other bike can be parked in your slot. All other things are good at it's place. Children's area, walking area is there. Garbage collector is maintained properly. Last but not the least rent is too high according to the area.

The flats are spacious with excellent build quality. It has a small garden for children loaded with slides, swings and sea-saw. Good one for families
