1. This place is close to Infosys and wipro phase 2. You can walk and reach the office.
2. Cleanliness is maintained in the society.
3. Other facilities like gym, clubhouse, swimming pool can be accessed taking membership.
Cons:
1. The lane that leads to the society is pitch dark and deserted during evening. For girls,this is a serious issue. There are no street lights.
2. Even if there is light shower of rainfall,the electricity is not available. It's not available for a pretty long time. During normal days, electricity is available 70% of the time.
3. Rent is higher compared to other places.(around 20k )

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Environment is good small peace full society , but there is an issue of electricity , main power supply is not good too many faults in raining and summer season which takes sometime 2 to 3 days .
Only one road which is connecting from society is not in good condition .
Wifi , shop etc option are less .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Electricity just gone away anytime, do not rent it, it will look cheap but they have very real dark side which you never want to deal with like light, weather issues, society treat you badly etc...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice society specially considering that it is just walkable distance from so many major companies. Very safe, clean and well maintained. Surprisingly quiet even though it is very near to main road. I would recommend this society

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best society to leave in. All the amenities are well maintained , neat and clean. Near by upcoming mall and walking distance to upcoming Metro station

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Electricity outage is a major issue here. Inverter is a necessity. Connectivity is bad, you must have a vehicle if you stay here. Society is under admin as people don't pay maintenance, so service issues(gym closed, swimming pool closed, garbage collection stopped, etc) arise all the time.
