The person there is quite friendly and helpful. I realised their greatest customer friendliness during these Covid lockout times, when they were able to send across the medicines by Dunzo. I told him how urgent it was and he went out of his way to get it from someone else and deliver it to my hotel himself. God Bless you Sanjay. You went out of your way for a stranger. I came across qyur central through online surfing during times when you can go in person to collect medicine.
Quick service to reach medicine at home within few hours is bliss,I am thankful for that.
Customer focus :
I have been interacting with gentleman called Sanjay through whatapp ordering through whatapp , he is been helpful in answering even the smallest queries.
As I am new to ayurveda medicine style of living it does help when someone is there to answer your question.

She was very sweet and the medicines given by her worked too well for me. I feel lot better in 2 weeks.
All medicines are available in the store and Mr. Sanjay is professional and kind.
