★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Guy charged me 450 Rs for booking a to-and-fro train ticket for 3 passengers. My mistake for not inquiring about the rate in advance. Then an additional 2.5% for using a card for payment , again he didn't tell me this in advance though I told him I'm paying with a card. His card reader didn't work properly and we ended up going to the KSRTC counter nearby to do the transaction
