★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bitlocker Issue:
I called error kart for MS office update and latest version installation. During this, error kart executive locked my hard drive. He took my laptop and replaced the hard drive with new one and returned my laptop promising that they are trying to open it, once it is done they will inform me. Almost 9 months over I called them many times but till now they are unable to open it.
My all data are locked.
I am not going to call them now. I request error kart team please let me know when you are going solve the problem and return my hard drive otherwise I will take action against you.

Having come, he thoroughly checked and reassured me that there is no damage

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Superb in everything you could ask for, prompt service as he (Mr. Pradeep) reached me in 5 minutes, he was very careful in dismantling the laptop as I had a complex gaming laptop (Alienware); solved the problem in minutes and also did generic servicing in just 2 hours. I am very satisfied with the service and with the Technician as he was very polite and well spoken. Well I was in a dilemma to whom I can trust with my laptop in this new city, I guess I chose the best.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely no expertise - misdiagnosed my Lenovo laptop motherboard issue as a faulty display issue and were going to change it! Luckily I got a 2nd opinion that found out that the motherboard was fried from inside.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My High-end Acer laptop which got motherboard issue tried with as many vendors got in touch with authorised too but no one could find genuine. At the end my luck i met Errorkart they gave 100% of their time and energy and fixed my laptop which looks like completely newer one. Fantastic job done by ErrorKart. Executive named Maria she helped me alot in this and her communication is just fabulous
