★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took my Lenovo Laptop Yoga Series 3 i7 which had a powering problem to K Karunakarn for a possible chip level solution. He was upfront with his initial inspection that he would require 3 days to check.He came back to me to tell me that it was not pissible to repair my laptop due to failer of the inbuilt processor that could not be segregated for replacement. What I most admire is his knowledge & honesty. Despite my persistence he did not charge me for his services. Whereas Lenovo service centre kept my laptop for a month, where unable to repair & charged me RS 885.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have seen good reviews and gave my laptop for service. He tried (as per him) best to repair but had to give up and replace the board. Almost a week has been spend on repair. Now he ordered mother board and found display not working because mother board was without graphic card. He ordered another mother board with graphic card. Due to courier guys it got delayed and it was 13 days since I handed over the laptop. I went to the office and sat there so he followed up with courier guys and got it delivered by 10Pm on 26th August. I didn't have any other choice than keep hearing that I will deliver tomorrow, tomorrow. He is a nice man as all other reviews says.
May be mine is Exceptional case. If he would have ordered the mother board initially I would have got it in a week. Using local courier service is bad and should go for a reputed service which hardly cost 100 rupees difference.

But here I got laptop rectified and I could continue my work from home during lock down. It was indeed a happy moment for me. Thanks for the services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service. I reached out to them at 1030pm since my laptop had stopped working. Karunakaran correctly identified that the issue was most likely on the power cable of the adaptor and sent the cable through courier the next day. Issue with the laptop was resolved extremely quickly and efficiently. Highly recommended.
