I got my laptop formatted and bought a couple of things from them. The service was up to the mark. The staff, incredible. I will definitely recommend them.

Hard to find such an exp these days, please reach to these guys for any system service related issues or even to purchase a laptop backed up excellent service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi Am sendhil, I purchased a laptop here , a week back, I needed a technical support which I was not aware of, so I immediately called up to a consultant called indrajit who was the one who helped me in suggesting a right laptop for my requirement so as soon as I informed him he immediately came forward to help me by providing right information and sorted the issue in short period of time... Am very glad that I bought the laptop there as we have a very good customer support .. Hats off to indrajit , a very kind person who never hesitates to help be it even if it's a silly issue til major issue...I really appreciate his service motive mind set...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Laptop World was not what I expected it to be. Inderjit listened to everything I had to say about my usage, what went wrong with my earlier laptop and then proceeded to tell me 1. How much the new laptops suitable for my usage would cost 2. How much it would cost to repair the existing laptop and how long that would take. 3. He was also willing to port my existing laptop material onto the new laptop and make it work ready to a large extent.
I walked out with a new laptop and later paid less than the estimated cost for the repairs too. A very pleasant and happy experience.
