★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor customer service. Just wanted to know whether they have replacement parts for an old laptop of mine, for that they can't even confirm. It is already 2 days and they still saying they will check, how much effort does it take really to say NO we don't sell that, if you people really don't have it.

By seeing the phone it self he understood the problem and fixed it in an hr.

It was definitely a great customer experience!

Syed Daulath and Ali, their team did a great job, got my screen replaced within 30 mins. He is very polite and soft spoken person. They take care of their customers very well and I am completely satisfied with their service.
Additional to this they gave me complimentary freebie as well with great discount on the service that I took.
Definitely check out this place.
You can take metro, and get down at Indiranagar Metro station, from there it's hardly 1min walkable distance.
Bike parking facility is also available.

My OP6 was dead with ‘Qualcomm Crash Dump Mode’. After taking my phone from one service center to another, I stumbled upon this place. The phone was fixed and I was advised to sell the phone asap. Did exactly that and got 5k for a phone from which I would have gotten 0. The service is very professional and I would highly recommend this place!
