★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They tried to steal parts of the laptop. first they removed the rubber pads on it and put some cheap plastic. when my husband noticed, they said they lost it. i know how hard it is to get the original rubber pads and those people are flicking it and reselling those. then they insisted on not opening the laptop in front of my husband but leaving it with them even though the job they had to do was a 20 minute one. i am sure they replaced part inside the laptop and got the original ones. tomorrow morning we are going back to reclaim our original parts. Unacceptable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited the KK computer shop because one of my friends recommended me to this place. My external hard disk has crashed and I was not able to recover data. Although the place is quite far off from my home I decided to give it a chance as I was not able to recover any data from my two hard disks. The service of the store is really good and the owner regularly calls to provide the update of work done. They were able to recover the data from one of the disks and it was reasonably good job. Also if we look at the charges from other stores, it is quiet reasonable. I would recommend this place to people who have problems with the hard drives.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best laptop service centre I ever came across. They did chip level service to the motherboard of my 8 years old Dell XPS L502x laptop for which Dell authorised service centre denied to take up the same.
KK computers Shivanad and team are working sincerely and for the full satisfaction of customers. They charged me very reasonable price. I appreciate their attitude towards customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a problem with my laptop - it was not booting / getting on. The problem was identified as an IC issue on the motherboard and it was fixed.
No other issues were there.
Happy to have it properly fixed and now the laptop is working great as usual.
