β β β β β I really had a very grea experience at the Ayuvedic House. The whole team is welcoming and lovely and I absolutely appreciated doing this panchakarma treatment with the Dr Kusum and Ritou, my therapist. They both were nice, patient and they answered all my questions. They assisted me in each step of my 7 day program and Ritou's massages are amazing. Nice thing: having a room in the centre was very helpful to follow the treatment. It was my 1st experience in Ayuveda Medecine and I was glad to do it with you ! Thank you very much!

β β β β β I stayed at their panchkarma retreat for about 7 days or so. The best thing I liked about Ayurveda House was that Doctor Kusum was checking on me and my health every day. I went there during winters and it was extremely cold and they provided me with extra blankets, heaters, hot water bottles etc , just to make sure if I was fine. Again, it made me feel that I am in good hands. Every little query or concern of mine was heard and catered to with full time given. Doctor Kusum is always ready to be all ears to you, listens to you very attentively and really digs deep to the root of the problem. She spoke to me about my childhood health patterns as well, which could have affected my health even now.
Over all, I felt I am in the right place and my health matters to them and I am on the right track to improve my health.
I did a Panchkarma treatment which was performed by a very good therapist. The process & the result of the treatment were satisfactory. As I very well know that these treatments take time, I wasnβt expecting a miracle either. But having gained a good insight about my doshas and food patterns and using this knowledge with medicines given by the doctors; I am hoping to see great changes. That being said, I did see a few changes and improvement in my health. Which is a good news for me.
Overall very warm & welcoming experience.

Marginal prices for treatment, stay & medicines.
Food isnβt provided at the retreat , so that is something youβll have to figure out yourself. Although there are lot of restaurants around the clinic.

β β β β β Very grateful to come across Ayurveda house, where I was welcomed especially warmly. After having an eye-opening consultation with Dr Kusum, I decided to go for Panchakarma treatment. Since it is the ongoing Covid pandemic, I was the only one going through the treatment at the time, naturally I could feel a lot of attention and time devoted towards my case. During the treatment everyday Dr Kusum was checking in with how I was feeling assisting with anything I was facing, answering all the questions and most importantly being a warm human being that expressed care and love for another being. My therapist Ritou, who was responsible for most of the treatments I went through was always really kind and present, she really does have magic hands and a good heart, even there were days I was feeling tired and down, after her massages I felt fresh and clear again. Overall, I appreciate very much the warmth I received at Ayurveda house. Because it is an ongoing process, some effects of Panchakarma are already experienced and some are still on the way, but I guess most importantly this treatment really makes one pay closer attention to diet, lifestyle, physical, mental, emotional health and revealing how optimal health can feel like. Thank you ?

β β β β β Dr kusum may be good at giving medicines, great with marketing and super sweet talker that's why patients like me and my mother felt comfortable as the environment was very warm and welcoming so we did the panchakarma treatment. From a business point of view she's amazing but as a panchakarma practitioner I wouldn't recommend her. There are better traditional practitioners. The staff was friendly and nice but sadly not trained , I guess my mum and I paid so much money just for the warmth and sharing. Though I didn't take the treatment so seriously but my mother followed it very seriously and guess what she is not one bit happy with the treatment.

β β β β β I just finished my 18 day panchakarma treatment at the Ayurveda House and as I was telling a friend yesterday- I think its one of the best gifts I have given myself! I corrected my ways several yrs back and have been eating quite clean and getting enough activity but 30+ yrs of living in polluted cities leaves marks which cant be corrected with just lifestyle changes.
As the treatment progressed, I saw and felt not just the physical toxins being eliminated but also the emotional ones. I am truely amazed by this 5000+ yrs old science from our culture and the beautiful folks at the Ayurveda House who used it to treat and rejuvinate me.
Dr Kusum and her staff are aways full of kindness and smiles and it was such a pleasure to interact with them daily. Fascinated as I was with the process, I had a hundred questions daily but Dr Kusum always answered them with a smile and in depth!
I hope this review inspires someone else to give themselves this beautiful gift too.

β β β β β Ayurveda House is nestled right in front of a thick, lush forest, at a quieter part of Dharamkot. Walkable from the main Bhagsunag parking, it has the famous Iyengar Yoga Centre right next to it. The rooms spacious, clean, and equipped with everything you would need. For everything else, Dr. Ashish and his wife are always available. I needed a stronger internet connection since I was working online during my stay, and Dr. Ashish got the local internet service provider to get a cable attached directly from his connection into my room. I think that says everything about their hospitality. Their Ayurvedic services are also pretty known and reliable locally. Would definitely recommend.

β β β β β I very recently completed my 11 days Course in Ayurveda Healing Massages and my experience is awesome. Dr. Kusum Rana, my teacher is great. She taught me with complete sincerity, even though I was the only student with her during that schedule. She explained me all the details very nicely and was correcting me for all my steps. I am deeply grateful for the learning and their courteous behavior (Dr. Mrs. Rana and Dr. Mr. Rana). Thank you so much Ayurveda House for your compassion, honesty and openness. I believe if you really want to have a real massage, please go there and book your appointment in advance. :)
