★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The pediatrician Dr.Murali is extremely efficient and professional. The doctor does bot indiscriminately prescribe antibiotics and is really accurate in his diagnosis. He takes time to explain the rational behind his treatment. Also, he is the only doctor in the region who offers a sms based appointment booking and sticks to that; you do not have to spend hours waiting for the doctor like it is common elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well being a pediatriction, a doctor needs to be quite friendly and smiling, so that children feel comfortable there, but this doctor treat visitors and kids as untouchables Which is really upsetting. This doctor is really without any emotions. He needs to understand that his patient's are somebody's children and they will never accept this type of treatment with their children. We cannot see children crying when they already suffering. I will never take my kids anymore here.
