The agencies sending the care givers to mental patient, and when comes to salary time, they didn't even rcv phn call. And give almost half salary. They some time may let you work for free..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Better don't work with this Health heal / healthcare agency they don't give payment to caretakers. I left the job around 2 months ago and still didn't got my payment. When I am calling the HR sir ,,, he told that now only I will give your payment,,,, but 1 month already over HR didn't send payment in my account.....

Here is my personal experience with this Health heal agencies, my mother had a major surgery and we were looking for House nursing service, Health heal agencies called us and they promised us that they will provide best service for that we need to 2500 registration fee and service charges is 1000 rupee per day.
We agreed all their terms and conditions and information them to send us some trained and experience nurse to take of my mother health but sent some unprofessional staff she was mont mature to handle it and they give some fake nursing certificate to them so that they show to client.
The major problem with this agencies after u take service they don't respond to ur call, we tried to reach their coordinator Shiju to complete against their staff
Their staff name Ms vishalaxshi she was so unprofessional even time we have do lot of followup with her to get our work done and also she one of her relatives to our house without our information and that guy started fighting with us stating he will take her to home her granny is very serious
We informed him u please talk to agencies.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took day care services for my mother. Worst experience I had, they provide inexperienced staff. To raise complaints also they r not available. Staff assigned by agency left after 2 days abruptly and had to call agency for replacement ( which didn't happen) and had to fight for refund. These inexperienced staffs are useless. Please avoid if you don't want bad experience. Cannot give 0 star so 1 star is rated.
