★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dont take their services, they are the worst I have ever seen, they sent an inexperienced girl who was continuous on the phone throughout the whole day. She was so irresponsible that my wife fell on the ground because of that. After 4 days we were completely annoyed with her behaviour.
We had already paid for one month of service in advanced i.e. 20k. So we asked the agency to send a replacement. We talked to Suneel, he said "he will send next day". But his next day never came and later he stopped receiving our call and messages. We are calling him since 31/07/21. He didn't even returned the money which he agreed upon for the rest days. Total waste of money and time. We already were in problem and That guy Suneel and his agency made it worst. Sometimes I feel that Suneel may have looting money from so money other people and I heartfully curse that his loved one may also need a 24 hour nurse through life. This for your information that v had taken your home service on December 26 th evening for my mother at jaynagar.i ve informed you in the beginning that service needed for few days. You have agreed and took from us Rs18000 in advance and you said that you will deduct and give remaining balance.. Your home nurse was there for 3 days and went for new year celebrating..her service was too poor, she was untrained and on mobile most of the time.and v only took care of our mother..you had sent a one more (senior citizen) person during her absence by promising us that you will send a trained person as early as possible.but you didn't.but we couldn't make her (old person) to do anything because she is too old like my mother and v had sent her after 2 days..within the 2days mother got admitted and later passed away..
.You have promised us you will give our balance money as early possible and taken our. A/c number too saying that you will deposit our balance..but you didn't do that
.aftet the last rituals of mother, v had called you several times. But u kept saying that you will send.. Later you started escaping by not reciving our calls. & by not responding to messages..
V have thought to claim a complaint in the consumer court.. But v gave you time.. Already 8moths got over. You ve not paid our money back
Why are cheating people like this.. I don't know how many people got cheated like us..
Please pay our money as early possible before claiming in consumer court. And stop cheating people like this.. Every penny is counted

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience from Ashwini nursing you people should know that your taking care of elderly senior citizens who are in desperate need of help, they already in trauma and your care takers are always on phone, very rude behavior, they should know they are for care taking they should handle patients with politeness and patience should be there highest prioritie. Hope your good office will not take others situation for ride. nursing is a noble profession Don't misuse that. Hope your good office will atleast do the best and prompt services on what you speak. Its our hard earned money, which you have to return when you are not keeping up your service, you said life time one time registrations fee and now no service. really dont understand what is judtdial verfied trusted contact means.
