★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very calm and peaceful temple at the top of the hill. The temple is unique and has a South Indian influence. The view from the top is wonderful. Sunrise or sunset time is the best time to visit. Good for morning walkers/ trekkers. There is a small Ganpati temple before the main temple. Photography is prohibited inside the temple. Would surely recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best Ayyappa Temple in Pune on Hill top. Earlier google used to take to wrong location. Now the location is corrected. You need to take the camp road adjacent to petrol pump on dehu road. There is a special road to hilltop temple. Enough parking space is available. You will have a great experience after visiting this temple. They have even created 18 holy steps which will be used only during some special temple ceremony.

Dedicated to lord ayyappa, this temple has typical south indian architecture and look beautiful when all diyas and light lits up.

Please wear helmet if you're planning to visit this place on bike, and now about place itself it's a one of the best place in pune-PCMC area ayyappa temple is from south indian culture and beautifully maintained. Not only temple but complete surrounding area is heaven, peaceful beyond words this is a must visit for you if you love nature, need escape from city life, want to plan a trip but not too far. Best time to visit is evening in summers otherwise you can visit any time living in 35-40 km radius. This temple resides in army cantonment area so do follow all rules. They won't allow you inside cantonment area if you don't wear helmet. Timings are mentioned in about section which are 6:00 to 8:00 in the evening sometimes temple opens early at 5:30 also and on special days it stays open till 9:00.
