★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great affordable food. Super highly recommend the hussain chicken. It is like chicken bharta but the portion is much bigger, and it is served with an additional potato and boiled egg.
Goes perfectly well with roti, naan Or rice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kolkata’s legendary restaurant. They have maintained their standards since time immemorial.
We ordered our staple: Palak paneer, Dal Makhani, Tandoori chicken and butter naan. All the dishes were delicious. Don’t forget to order kulfi with falooda as a dessert.
All in all, a very nostalgic experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was one of the best Dhaba in Kolkata still it's a good Dhaba but not so great as it was earlier.
Quality of food okay but not the best, infact quality worsen than earlier.
Service is still good, but inside family section service is poor bcz guy was more busy with his mobile than attending customers.
Seating arrangement is same as earlier but modernization needed specially in general section.
Price is okay but other restaurants provide better quality with same price range.
Another problem is with toilet ?.
Its situated outside & very much unhygienic.
Still people are going because of its name but nowadays this Dhaba is not so crowded like earlier as you can see from pics taken by me.
Management should be more professional as it is their main branch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is a nice place..a great shout out to the night crawlers of Kolkata..not actually a dhabba bt more a restro-dhabba..the food is good mostly that of a normal restaurant with a little touch of dhabba style..bt it's a life saver for those who are on a hunger drive late night....better than most other dhabba in town so it's a must try option

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Before lockdown the tastes of dishes were much better. Tried it on September 2021 didn't like it so much. It was good but not the same taste as it was before. Price wise it's still reasonable for a hearty meal. Nd yes the chicken roll and their tea are awesome still now. Service is fast and ambience is not so great.
