★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Progress of the site is still far from completion specifically C building. Fake commitments are given by the agents and staff regularly about the possession. This project has lost credibility of the builder to deliver what was promised and people have trusted post bluridge project.Design is poor, flats are small and prices are inflated at that locality. Staff and channel partners are just busy with selling their flats and not bothered to inconvenience caused to buyers due to delay..There is much difference in their show flats vs actuals.I do not think they will be able to deliver C building before march 2020..My suggestion is whenever you go for agreement with them go for customized and verify.Do not believe in what channel partners are saying.

A wing of this project seems separate and looks like not a part of it.
This wing has no single balcony or gallery to any flat. Much cozy area in flats. Rooms are too small comparatively for 2bhk.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor society n management. Delay in possession is like hell, no one is helping buyers. That poor builder, not paying to labours for their efforts, means seriously not expected from this so called branded builder. Work stopped from last 2 months..
Plz don't get fooled if anyone is planning to buy flat with this builder.
