Last time, it was good so I even paid the appreciation. But its just been a week lets see how it goes in the future. Thats why only 3 stars. Thanks

Waxing done was horrible, with so many hair left. I opted for rica wax and so much of skin was peeled off. Threading too was not up to the mark and there were many cuts.

M	Manpreet Sarao on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience in 5 visits over 8 months - 1. Never find the same hair stylist again. They can't retain their staff. And I don't want to be a guinea pig for experiments. I have short pixie cut. 2. They don't have options to choose from different brands for hair colour touch-up. They have only Schwarzkopf. The stylist called the receptionist/ops manager who neither knows any other brand and she admitted that she has never worked in any other salon. She didn't know other brands too !!! 3.The stylist applied color outside the hairline too and told me that it can be removed. But later he couldn't. He used nail paint remover when nothing else worked !! 4. When the colour had to be washed, I reminded them that since I had keratin treatment on my hair, they should use keratin shampoo just the way I remind at other salons too. It was Rs 550 just for the shampoo. Where else is a customer charged separately for a shampoo for washing hair colour?? I visited them for hair colour only because I was already in Sector 22. 5. The stylist quoted Rs 800(ammonia free) for root touch-up and the receptionist said 1200.. wait, what happened? I paid 1000 for the colour & shampoo (regular).. and had to shampoo again after going back home because I still had colour in my hair. I paid by Google pay. The receptionist called her boss to confirm if he received the message. He did. She asked him twice - pakka na? Pakka na? That's so insulting... Not recommended to anyone.
