★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Covid season, single person entry, need to stand in staircase.. Working hours are 10-3pm, closed on 1st and 3rd Saturday of month. Staff is courteous.

Whole process done, all papers given, all formalities etc done… took approx 2 months, gave assurances numerous times that the loan has been approved, and in the end… simply refused. Strict action must be taken against the officials of this office. Very bad.
