★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cheater, arrogant and disrespectful to customers. Gave me a wrong text book despite asking for a specific book saying only cover is different inter matter and pages are same. Next day when went to exchange he refused. Neither he exchanged nor refunded rather started making excuses that already running in loss. I sincerely curse him that he may shut down and get bankrupt. Wasted my time and was very arrogant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The price of books is much higher than the rest of the others shops. It forces the customer to buy the entire bundle whereas if you only need one book. Even if you have to return a book after buying books once, then owner straight away refuses even though it doesn't make any sense. I would not recommend anyone to buy any book from their shop.

Neither, the owner of the shop is worst peron of the shop.
Personally recommendation, try to avoid such kind of Shop (s).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rude and arrogant owner.. they deny to exchange wrong book given by them in the set of class8 they gave class6 book and refused to return by saying they didn’t sell it.. moreover no proper bill is provided by them , they simply write on rough page n while returning issue they demand for bill.. fooling people because school authorities have given them books distribution contract.. silly owner n rude staff

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very arrogant people (owner and staff). They don’t offer choice to customers and sell as per their wishes. Just because the school suggests such selfish and money making booksellers customers have no option to go anywhere else and have to buy the complete set (books, notebooks, colouring books and whatever they could include). You don’t have choice to exclude any. Moreover he is smart enough to say that other shopkeepers sell duplicate books so that we just buy from this “authentic” seller.
Very poor public dealing.
The 5 star paid reviews are just to average out the 1 star authentic reviews.
He deserves no ⭐️ I wish there was an option for that.
