★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff is way too rude, unprofessional and doesn't even have the knowledge of basic stationery items. They refuse to supply the stuff even when it is just in front of the customer. Why the staff is even bothering to work there if they are clearly not interested in supplying the material.
I hope that the owner or the manager looks into this matter and take a corrective action as this behaviour is total nuisance for the customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Utter failure of administration. Why should people stand in long line only to buy books when city is full hundreds of shops? Is there any nexus of schools, shop owners and administration due to which no other shops can not sell these books? Are we in living in a country of emergency like Sri Lanka where everything is sold in controlled manner presently? How pathetic?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everything is managed well by these shops..books accordingly to school wise and class wise are well arranged..so took minimum time to get these books..but Everything is available on MRP, so no other option to buy from.these shops..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Another name can be described as thieves in city beautiful. They will charge you as much as they can on books. Usually there is 10-20% discount on all books in general book store. But schools recommend such stores due to their commission and these store people will rob you as much as they can.
Chandigarh administration should work, to stop these kind of robbing, happening on such stores.
