★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staffs are disgusting, they even don't know how to behave with customers. I visited to replace some parts of my vehicle but they don't have sufficient quantity of spare parts. Infact there behaviour was very rude while I was asking to fix my vehicle problem.
So much disappointed by this Hero Service Center, after purchasing the vehicle they start behaving like this...!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst ever... Seriously I have never see unprofessional staff like BB automobile. Specially the lady name NEHA... As part or accessories they provide a 3rd grade helmet and when I am refuse to take.. they said Just minus 200... After arguing so much they finally I asked for accessories bill.. they even not provide that.. because they are changing too much for 3rd grade accessories. Do not visit the showroom.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best place for my scooty servicing, members of B.B automobile very good , behavior is so good and other service men also simple and very helpful, but some problems I face here
(1) In waiting room tv not working
(2) in waiting room no A.c.
(3) some parts of bike we did not find many time

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dedicated personel here. Very good showroom for Hero two wheelers. People here are very friendly. Maximum discount. I bought an eighty thousand rupees splendour only for ₹ 76000.I was so happy on this deal and it was due to a dedicated service of the company and workers. Thanks Hero. You are really a hero.

All viewer to my suggestion these service center are very time consuming not gives payment receipt, & their is one worker his name is Shekhar he is learning phase of bike repair he is totally unknown any system of bike & part so plz do not bike repair these guys. I upload these pictures

Actually all staff's are Good in behaviour and they corporate with Customer ( Except few)
I 'm Cutting 1 ⭐ only because Polish and Nitrogen is free ( mentioned in Service Booklet) But they Charged for it?
And last and main point is They sell vehicle in Lowest price as compared to other Agencies of Varanasi.
