β β β β β My wife had problem of dizziness and spinning head sensation while laying down the bed and getting up from the bed. I consulted physician, he advised medicine for 1 week but pateint could not get any relief. Then I approached Dr Meenakshi Singh at her Sunderpur clinic. She examined her thoroughly. Advised to take one medicine and a simple exercise of neck/ head. Afte 3-4 days problem reduced and within one week dizziness and spinning head sensation disappeared.
I am very much satisfied with her treatment and services. Her clinic is equipped with latest machines needed for ENT. She is humble and listens to patients problem carefully. I rank her one of the top five ENT doctors of Varanasi.

β β β β β I visited ma'am a few months back, I felt I was getting hearing problems and I was so anxious. However, it was just a fear which got solved with a simple wax cleaning procedure. She is a very knowledgeable doctor. I would recommend her!!

β β β β β Ok, so I went to get my father's ear checked up a couple of days ago. Took and appointment in the morning for 2:00pm. Went early at 1:45pm. But the dissapointing fact was that the doctor didn't arrived even after 3:00pm. On query, the attendant said "she is on the way". Now I don't know the efficiency of her as a doctor because we never had a chance to get to that. My review is strictly based on the professionalism and sincerity. And in that, they lacked miserably. Bad experience.
I'm adding this edit in response to the comments made by doctor. Mam, you are saying that you were in the OT handling an urgent case. That's completely understandable. But isn't it yours or your staff's responsibility to communicate with the clients and tell them what the actual situation is instead of blatantly saying that you're on the way. Maybe you should check in with your staff first before accusing others of being ignorant. Time is an essential entity for everyone. And as for your efficiency, if you read closely, I have clearly said that I'm not reviewing that.

β β β β β I have had two visits to her clinic and she has been amazing, my experience has been great.
She listened to my doubts and problems and offered me relevant treatment options along with guidance.
The clinic is located well on the main road with ample parking space, the assistant Rakesh is doing his job well and overall things are managed very well.
They have a TV, sitting arrangements and in case you need refreshments, a nearby shop is there too.
The consultation fees is 500 when I visited and I found it to be reasonable.
