★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly staff and doctors. I visited for cataract surgery and it was done smoothly. Wait time is a little bit more here, otherwise, it’s a very nice hospital for any eye-related issues.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there for the treatment of my mother in law, who is suffering from glucoma for four years. I had choosen Dr. Chandrima Paul for the treatment seeing her experience and reviews. Upon examining the patient she prescription some tests. After seeing the reports she told that laser treatment for both eye needed to be done, as the eye drops are not working. She didn't gave any time to the patient or me , neither explained about the treatment. Attendents just wait outside the chamber and called at her door only to be told what tests or surgery have to be done.
After the laser treatment, I was told to come next day so that her eye pressure may be checked, to find whether treatment laser has worked. But, when I reached there next day, various examination was done, but the eye pressure was not measured. I was told by doctor that she is having cataract in both her eyes and surgery is needed. Told, In right eye surgery is needed immediately. I was told by her assistant that, if cataract surgery is not done soon, the benefits of the laser treatment will end soon. They knew from the beginning about the cataract but waited for the laser and used this argument for arm twisting. After asking about eye pressure I was told that laser has been done and pressure will be fine.
I went to susrut for second opinion, to a well reported glucoma doctor. He told me that the surgery is not needed now and the benefits of laser treatment will not end soon, if surgery is not done.
So, beware friends, I know from my experience, Dr. Chanduma Paul is a money minded doctor. She will prescribe unnecessary tests and procedure ,only for the benefit of the clinic. Just take second opinion from a reputed doctor if surgery is advised by them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good atmosphere inside. Medicine store, canteen, spectacle store also available inside. Very modern equipment they use for check up. The toilet inside is clean and they properly maintain. But no parking is available for common people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a Best eye Care in Kolkata. I'm seeing them for more than 30 years. Extremely professional and competent management with highly qualified and competent dedicated doctors. They have good clinic, very good Diagnostic and well equipped OT.
Both doctors and all staff are very nice behaving and caring as well
Book online for appointments. They also accept WB health scheme and a medicine shop and a spectacle shop is also there.
