From minor issues to the most serious eye ailments, you can get comprehensive treatment for everything here, at really affordable costs. The doctors who are available here are highly qualified and experienced and they will give you the proper guidance. Although this hospital remains extremely crowded, but don't expect any form of negligence in treatment. They really take proper care of the patients. The ambience of the hospital is good & hygeine is given utmost priority. Highly recommended. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Done my registration at 12.18 hrs. afternoon. Couple of basic checks were done within 30 mins of registration. I am waiting for almost for 3 1/2 hours with no clue of next checks or consultations. This is the review till 16.31 evening. Final review shall be posted once all checks are done. As of now I am disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff here is incompetent unprofessional and above all they misbehave with you.
The time they take for a simple eye check up is atrocious and they think you must be useless for walking in there.
Any store selling eye-glasses will give a more efficient reading than these people.
Avoid them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a cataract operation at the hospital performed by Dr. Alokesh Ganguly. It was a difficult procedure because of pupil dilation and dense lens problems but Dr. Ganguly handled it expertly. From the initial diagnosis right up to the post operative examination I was fascinated by his patient friendly approach and clear explanation of all my queries and questions. I wholeheartedly recommend his services. My review is 5+ for him.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff are quite unprofessional. They will tell you it will take 2 hours for the checkup and then will make you wait for 4 hours. Will say doctor will be back in 30 mins, and then you are waiting for the doctor for more than 2 hours, and there is no sign of them. They have zero professionalism. I don't even understand why even take a job and if there is no interest in doing them. I would not recommend a visit here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was my first time visiting the Kolkata branch. Things took a little time, as expected but I was done quite soon. The Doctor was really nice and gave me good advice. Other medical staff were equally efficient. Covid norms and protocols were followed. It would be better if they could connect the databases of the two Priyamvada Birla hospitals, in Kolkata and Durgapur respectively. It was hectic doing the registration all over again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For doctor & supporting staff am giving 5 star otherwise I would have gave 0. For parking they are charging Rs 40 per hour ..Really? Are we going there for fun ? This is the first time where we had seen any hospital is taking parking charges after operation.. This should be changed.. Even in the premium shopping malls where people goes for fun they are also charging less parking fee ..and here they charging so much ..really pathetic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Full of hospital is too good. Doctors are too good they gave sufficient time for a patient. And more interesting the doctors behavior is so good they are so friendly. All over check up system is very good.
BUT the security system is too bad. Only 1 person allowed with patient ?.
AND the lift man's behavior is so rude.
A huge problem here is that only one member of the Operated patient's is allowed to visit.
By the way patient has been very satisfied to see here
