★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had heard great reviews about Navrangpura branch so visited there with lot of high hopes.. Had nail art done but found the options just okay, nothing extraordinary.. Also felt that suggestions or choices were lacking. The expections were that i wanted to get nail art done, i should be ready with the choices from Pinterest or similar media.. In my opinion, which is entirely person specific, if i have so much know how on the subject, y would i depend on the experts at salon at all..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quality of service is extremely poor and staff doesn’t seem to be well trained. Having experienced salons like enrich, this was a sheer disappointment. Moreover, they keep you waiting and no one pays heed to the appointment you made in advance. I had an appointment for 4 pm on 5th Dec. they called in the morning to confirm if I’d be coming, which is fair and I confirmed. At 4:01 pm, they again called to check and I was parking at that point. I entered the salon and then was waiting till 4:30 pm for my services to begin. What’s funny is that the way I was called at 4:01, they made it seem like the beautician was waiting for me, however, my services didn’t begin until I expressed my disappointment. Moreover, didn’t like the quality of either the facial or the pedicure. Would strongly suggest not visiting this outlet as you are likely to not get the quality of service or value for money.

I pretty much liked the finish and the color, love the entrance and the whole interior property but one thing I didn’t feel comfortable with was they didn’t tell you that for every different nail polish you choose, like French nails and glitter nails you will be charged extra! The customers should know that- my honest opinion

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was member in their salon. they keep you waiting and no one pays heed to the appointment you made in advance. No meaning of prior appointment, even otherwise have to wait minimum half an hour. No proper management of desk people. No cooperation after approving appointment. I switched to other salon who are actually highly professional. I personally will not recommend this salon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I couldn’t be more happier and satisfied with my hair..I wanted a new look and get my hair highlighted and was very afraid in the initial stage but DEV, the hair master there made it so easy for me that I am genuinely amazed by the appearance of my hair now! He was so calm and helped me out with all the questions that I had and even suggested me every possible best options for my hair and I finally came up with this ash shade.. and during the whole process which was nearly 6 hours or so he took care of every thing and he did his job very perfectly and with details… at every step he told me what exactly he was doing and it made the process very easy and smooth.. I really appreciate the efforts and will surely recommend B&B for the best results..and special thanks to DEV…you made my hair look prettier then ever before.. very satisfying..
