★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had the worst experience of my life at "Lovely Beauty Parlour". They just did not gave me the most pathetic haircut, but have also cut down the growth of my hairs. Even after specifying that i just want to cut down my split ends,they've chopped my hairs badly. My hair used to touch my waist. And now it doesn't even touch my shoulders. I think MS NISHA PAREKH, you should apply for your hair styling degree again and work harder. I am never going to this parlour ever again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unprofessional,,,no steam given in any facial.They DNT even ask the client it they need it! Don't know the facial steps,,.charges are quite high compared to the service you LL get.worst service for the hype it has,,,10 mins massage in facial doesn't justify the charges!

And then she tried to do rectify it and she couldn't apply Hair colour in a straight line in line with my hair. It's more on one side and less on another and doesn't even accept her mistake. such unprofessional behavior.
