★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bibhuti Kannungo College of Arts and Crafts is in shortly know as B.K College of Arts and Crafts. It was established by the govt of Odisha in temple city Bhubaneswar. It had been built in the memory of an eminent painter, graphics designer and art educationist of Odisha late Bibhuti Kannungo.
This institute provides training and bachelor degree in Visual Art. Earlier from 1983-2000 it was affiliated to Utkal University, Vanivihar later after establishment of Utkal University of Culture it changed its affliction from year 2000 as per govt notification. It is an old college but still it had to be develop more in technique and administration. Somewhere I feel college works for some teachers where some were simply attendant for college.
It organize students development programs too to push art and artists to develop more. But still fails in responsibilities, which makes a student difficult to over come over his/her doubts and difficulties.
It was near Tapoban area, Khandagiri Bari bypass connecting Barmunda-Khandagiri national highway. Well connected through road towards airport and railway station.
