★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You should visit this place in December it looks very beautiful in the winter season but not so good in summer and other season. It is a old college and now university old buildings, old benches,but hygienic. Good environment.
You should visit this place during the day time but in the evening you need to have your university ID Card to enter the campus or permission from teacher.
It's a good university you can visit once as an adventure.
This college has been announced as university by odisha government.

The college is accredited by the National Board of Accreditation and the Government of Odisha has granted unitary university status to this college.

Besides Integrated Courses in Science (Chemistry, Physics, Maths) and Architecture too in line. OUTR has it's own laboratory building equipped with varieties of Foreign and country made equipments for students, research scholars. University has 4 hostels each two for male and female separately in side it's vast campus and Professor accommodation, staff accommodation too inside campus.
