Booked an appointment over the phone, was asked to wait for 5-10 mins.
People who came after me were served before.
I had to wait for 1hr to get my haircut done.
I will never recommend their service to anyone.
If you are booking an appointment with them, make sure you are heard and answered.
Even if haircut service is fine, time is not being valued at Blounge
