β β β β β Inexperienced Team are available. Cannot solve issue of mobile in one time. My phone was one month old and due to some minor earphones jack issue i have to visit 3 time in 3 weeks. Micromax should switch to some other options to provide better service centre. Micromax please look into this concern.

β β β β β I came here (on January 28) for the first time, had experience at Nokia Mobile Care for the Nokia mobile repair, and the people who addressed my issues here did very well. They are very nice, courteous, great staff quickly arranged the necessary parts and repaired my phone well before time. I appreciate and would like to say thank you to those who work for HMD Global (Nokia). Best Center for Nokia Mobile (South Delhi)! Strongly recommended!??????

β β β β β I gave my phone to them for changing the folder. They repaired my phone but they broke my camera lens due to their careless behavior. I asked from them to repair it but again and again they were saying to me that its not our fault your lens was already damaged when you gave us your phone. This service center's behavior is very bad. And the girl who seat on counter 1 she's behavior is very rude. When I was trying to understand her my situation then she replied me very rudely and I think that girl is a old age women I'm 22 years old and she was calling me "beta" to tell me that damage to my phone's camera lens is not their fault. Again I want to say to everybody that they'll damage your devices and after it even they'll not accept it. So be careful if you're deciding to go there even after reading this review.

β β β β β One of the best experience w.r.t. the behaviour of staff. well behaved and soft spoken. I have the best experience of service center here. Easy to reach also. Will rewrite my review once got my headphones replaced

β β β β β Posting this Review for BR Service Centre for Micromax IN NOTE 2.
I submit my phone on 28-4-22 and passed for zero cost Service. Service Centre required parts to resolve the problem but they did not received the parts till now. Micromax IN manufacturing Mobiles but not the parts. People making stand towards to buy made in India product but this is what they are providing in return- No service at time.
I would like to suggest all who are reading this review, Don't buy Micromax Mobile as they are worst in providing service to customers.
This is what i am going through after purchasing IN NOTE 2 a Made in India Mobile. It's been 14 days but zero progress.
This is how Micromax is going to make a come back in Indian Market.

My mobile is in warranty doesn't have any kind of damages still showing that there is a damage when you can't able to give service why exactly you guys opened this service center and even staff Ms. Sonali don't know how to talk to customers.... Worst Experience till now
