I've gone there a couple of times ~
Either to pay bills on couter 1 or
For suspension of my connection.
* I had to make 2 trips for suspension of Landline connection.
(Documents required :
Xerox of Paid Bill of last month,
Xerox of Cancelled Cheque of account in which you want your deposit back)
* Staff was helpful in filling forms and answering my questions
* Generally you'll spend around half hour in there if you want to do anything other than paying dues.
