Particularly my personal trainer Jaffar, he has been really cooperative from the day I joined gym and has also helped me with my physical fitness. I have been seeing great changes with my fitness ever since I joined here and have taken training. This place is Best recommended for people staying around Ramamurthy Nagar and Banaswadi.

I would like to thank my trainer Venkat for being an excellent trainer. He suggests the best workouts which gives you amazing results. I would highly recommend this gym.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's been 2years with B3 Wellness. It was really nice and very good in terms of cleanliness and equipments availability. I usually go in the mornings the place is not too crowded. The best part of going to this particular gym even though there are many more in the surroundings is because of the gym trainer "Jaffer" !!
The other trainers also do a great job and are really kind. And do good support. The staff are good.
People who are really looking for good body building or weight loss, do take the Personal Training and you will see the results.
It's my personal experience which I have been seeing from 2 years.
I went through the Weight loss and now getting my body to good shape. All Thanks to Jaffer who is always there to support and keep me motivated.
Highly recommend for those looking for Weight loss and Body building.
