★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recommend this gym for fitness and other activities like Zumba and kids activities. Gym was full equipped and spacious, along with trainer (Vasu). I have been there since 3-4 years and still continue. Awesome experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I overcame my postpartum and hypothyroidism in just 1 and half month. HFC is my first ever gym experience and I can’t thank the trainers here enough. Vasu, Raj, Satish all three are exceptionally awesome, very friendly and motivating.

Having a conversation with Raj to help me answer all my questions and clearing my doubts. And Vasu mentoring, training and being very patience with me have helped me to be more confident and challenged. Very blissful to join. I would definitely recommend the gym. These guys are doing amazing work. ???
