love this classes...This is my favourite place to workout .so much fun.I now have a fitness regime that I can stick to because I get to dance and excercise at the same time.The instructor is awesome and doing a gr8 job of keeping the class energized.Highly recomended

I am very happy with the classes taken here...workout is too good...trainer tracks each and every bit and guides us well she gives individual attention.It has worked out really well for me...where I have lost some of my body weight in 2 months.Looking forward to loose more weight.Thanks a lot Ashwini.

As a beginner to anykind of fitness, this is ultimate. ..U can dance along & lose ur wt be fit & built stamina too. We get to do floor exercises too it's like a icing on the cake. .Our instructor is too good & energetic. .Understands our limits & motivates us more ..Way to go. ..Just as she says Nacho Nacho....& smile always. ..

First of all...it's the only dance fitness studio where all forms of dance are taught like Jazz , salsa, zumba, Bollywood and Hollywood. The way the trainer combines all these forms in a song is just commendable. The second best part is, all age groups come over here. There are housewives, working women, married, mothers, as well as young and enthusiastic individuals. Everybody is trained and pushed to workout but based on individual pace. The trainer (ASHWINI our friend guide and mentor) ensures that each form she personally does along with us so that our motivation level never drops at any point of time. One more reason why I strongly recommend this place is that, it is the only place in Bangalore where in spite of being dance fitness studio the trainer starts the warm up in a very classical form followed by dance numbers in sequential pace and ending with 30 minutes of yoga to calm down. So we get to enjoy benefits of workout, fun filled dance and yoga. Last but not least the studio is spacious, very well ventilated with changing rooms, shelves to keep our stuff in organised way and washrooms added to the convenience.

The best way to loose fat it to exercise, follow diet and keep smiling. Well, we all know that exercise is what the trainers usually will make you do and rest u gotta do it yourself. But here the trainer is so passionate about what she is doing that she goes on, gives us a diet plan, makes us smile and works on the problem area. Altogether a good soul. Don't feel like missing a single class coz workout and fun is rare..

This is the best place for the ladies who wants to be fit. Our fitness instructor is really hard working, energetic and enthusiastic person. She also motivates us to do better. She always renovates the work out sessions.Also our weight is checked regularly and diet plan is given. I highly recommend senhora dance fitness.
