★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The bicycle which i had rented from this place was very well maintained. It was a BTWIN Rockrider 340. It was so efficient and smooth. I didn't feel tired at all after finishing almost 80kms. Could you please let me know how do you maintain them? Like the cleaning agent and lubricant used for the cycle chain?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had taken two bikes one Hero Maestro and Avenger 220, both the bikes were well maintained and smooth to ride and proved very reliable both in city and outside I had taken the Avenger for a total 720 kms round trip from Bangalore to Coorg, Also Nitish is very professional about the way he communicates and also the pricing is minimal compared to other rental services, I did have a bit of a hiccup with the dates postponement due to another rider bringing the bike late, but overall I am happy with the services, the charges and overall ride experience of the bikes.
If you are planning to rent bikes, this is the place to be in.

I personay feel that staffs are not customer friendly. ie if you delay to handover the vehicle by 1 hour, they start charging you on hourly basis. I couldn't handover my vehicle in the late night and I did in the early morning, I was charged 400 RS additionally ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked Avenger 220 here for 4 days and must say that experience with HWY riders was very very good. Hasselfree booking procedure. Informed the owner when I will be reaching, paid some advance amount and got bike within 15 mins after reaching there. One complimentary helmet provided by them and additional helmet is @Rs. 50/day.
Prices are around 10-20% cheaper than other rental stations, which is just a cherry on top as the bike was in superb condition. If they have available vehicles, I recommend them over royal brothers etc.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So I had contacted HWY Bike rental service in 16th April,2022 and had made an advanced payment for a bike from 18th to 21st April,2022. The service i got from HWY Bike rental was quite recommendable. The Guy Nitish was very gentle and polite and will guide you properly. No hidden charges. But still i feel the rates were a little high considering the quality of the bike I received.
I felt the bike was not maintained as much i expected. I hired a Yamaha Fz Version 2. It was in okay condition not that great considering the price range. The back brakes didnt work. Front brakes had to do the job everytime. Overall a 4 stars only for the service of HWY riders, but considering the bike I received, i would have given it a 3 star.
