★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For Duke 250- My God terrible experience, these guys handle these bikes like sheeps sent to slaughter. Don't even care for the bike, I rented one of their bikes in the night, it was punctured, that fine I still took filled air it will run for a long time. Got up in the morning to check the bike and found the entire rare tyre had long cracks and the right engine holder one of them was cracked. The gear shift was lose and the chain was also lose.very bad, they don't even service the bikes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst experiences, these guys are absolute frauds. They don’t even bother to response back in time. Made me wait 2 hours outside the door. Collected 1.6K to offer duke 250 and finally when the staff opened the shop they had no bikes to offer. One of the staff shamelessly offered me Scooty instead of duke for same price. Very unprofessional and unethical in doing business. Frankly I’m disappointed to give even one star.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was nice service by rent me. I directly booked the bike and got rtr200. The bike condition was good and helped me for my ride from bengaluru to mysuru to bengaluru.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don’t understand what all the negative reviews are about. I’ve been renting scooters from them for 4+ months now and their service has been excellent. Every time I faced a problem with one of their scooters (which have been few and far between) it has been promptly looked at and rectified. I have had my scooters serviced during the tenure periodically, I have been offered stand-by vehicles until the servicing was done, Upgraded from an Activa to an N-Torq for no additional cost, and when I lost the key once (thankfully, I found it later), I informed them about it and they arranged for a spare key within minutes.
I only wish they had a proper space set up for their business as they’re currently operating out of the parking area of a currency exchange office (as others have noted), and I hope they get there soon.
Lastly, I will say that I’ll continue to patronise them as long as I have a requirement for a rental vehicle. Their rates are definitely nominal as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I rented Apache 200 for 2 months. It was a good experience. The people at the shop were really nice and I didn’t get any issues in renting the bike or delivering it back. It was hardly a 5 min process to rent it. The bike was also in really good condition

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the worst service I’ve ever seen in my life.
Firstly, they don’t have a shop. They’re running in from a currency exchange shop. (See attached pic)
2) The staff named Faisal is extremely arrogant and rude and will just argue with you.
3) They’re taking multiple bookings for the same bike and scamming customers.
4) Booked KTM duke 250 which he already gave it to someone. Offered me a barely maintained FZ which has major issues.
5) Booked for 11AM, he told me bike will be available at 1. The owner did not pick up to call after that.
