★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Are the staff on the first floor deaf or what? They don't even acknowledge your queries. On top of that they try to sell you parts at more than 50% the market rates. It is shops like these that have forced me to shift most of my electronic purchases online.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a laptop from this store and not a day has passed it has given some or the other problem. Without any personal data in it,it was extremely slow from day one. There are constand updates of some or the other product.
When i went for servicing, the servicing man unactivated all my basic softwares like micrsoft office which was inbult in the laptop. Not i cant save a thing. If you ask them they are quite rude about. FIND OTHER SERVICING CENTRES if you valye your money.
