★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a HP laptop and a HDD casing to use my old laptop's HDD from them. The purchase experience was decent, the salesperson was very informative and patient. However, the HDD casing they provided was of terrible quality as it stopped working within just 30 minutes when I plugged it in back home (was detecting while at store). It stopped detecting on any laptops. They told me they can not do anything about it as casings "never" have warranty (Bought one later in another store with 1 year warranty). Once, they get your money they don't care about providing quality service to the customer. Don't recommend buying anything from them. They just entice people will lots of poor quality accessories which is very likely covered by the additional cost they charge on top of the official online store cost. Very unprofessional and rude service once they have your money. Find a better place if you do not want lots of inconvenience during servicing of your products.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I gave my system to repair they charged me 5,000/- to change the planel. Did not change the keypad and i had asked to upgrade my software. Now my trackpad works more bad now. Really bad service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent place for buying laptops. My experience is too good. I purchase a Lenovo laptop from notebook hub , they provide lowest price in the market even I checked in Lenovo store also.
Service is also good. Staff is helpful ,when I visited they told me about offers on the product properly and also told me which best product for me based on my requirements.
They have laptops of all brands in store and mobiles of few brands. They repair laptops also.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff is manner less the dont even know how to talk with elder people & arrogant if we ask more questions related to product for which we are paying a huge cost, very Bad hospitality, before buying something it's the right of every customer to ask questions regarding the product functions & specifications.
I bought a Dell laptop in August 2018.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great selection of laptops, routers, printers, WiFi range extenders. Not so good selection of SSDs. Reason for 3 star rating is the buying process is very convoluted. You have to go to another counter to make a payment. It seems that this is done to create extra jobs or perhaps due to lack of trust in staff. But it is unnecessary step for customers. I will still happily go back if I have further requirements.
