Guys anybody whose come here looking for reviews or have been scammed or looking for a laptop or services. Please don't. Me and my brother have been scammed by these goons , they took my card information and initiated a loan through a fishy app called Shop Se. Please report these fraudulent people and complaint them on consumer forums
These guys are total scams

A man named Sandeep Patil who owns the shop is FRAUD he took my sister's 16000 and never gave her the laptop in the end after 10 months my mom went to the shop along with the police and then he finally gave her the money, he also looks like a goon and gave my mother badwords. PLEASE DON'T FALL PREY TO THIS SHOP.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fraud.. scammers.. thugs.. These are the nicest words I could use for these people. They will offer you the lowest price in comparison to other shops and say that they will provide the product. Though after multiple visits and calls their response is the product will come tomorrow, next week, and 100 other excuses and reasons. They will also take the whole amount and offer some fishy no cost EMI which makes no sense especially when they tell you to pay half and then the remaining half on credit card and debit card.
After multiple visits and ultimately finding out that they get scared when questioned about the legitimacy of their license, they get spooked and might help you out by refunding your amount - though it will take weeks.
Humble request is to STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE unless you enjoy being scammed.
Excellent IT solutions should be renamed to Excellent 'give us your money for no service which we will not give back to you' solutions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst shop ever. He is pure scamer and fraudulent. Two guys named pratik raut and sandip patil offer laptop for price lower than the other shops in tilak road. He takes money in advance and promises to give the laptop within 10 days but he never gives laptop and not even the money back. And also when you asknfor your money he wants your credit card details and please never do that he takes loans on your card. I am being scamed by him for 83 thousand rupees.

They will offer you less than other laptop shops. Once you paid full amount they won't give you laptop and your money back also. They will cheat you by giving cheque with false signature. You will end up with thousands call and visit of the shop.. One more tact of them is giving timings of evening like 7pm, 8pm,10pm. Trust me if you want your money back just go to Police station. I received my money back after a month.Pratik raut and Sandeep Patil both are fraud people.. Please don't buy anything from these super arrogant.
