★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad service and worse staff , Yesterday i had buy laptop today i went for just re check about some screen issue the whole staff was not entertaining properly , even the senior manager was not supported.
before selling they was talking very sweetly and sportive but once billing done for them customers are nothing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the worst worst worst worst worst place ever to buy a laptop. Guys i am writing a complete genuine review. If somebody spares out the time to write a review and that too a bad review that something is seiouusly wrong with the company. I bought a laptop through paytm but my badluck is that laptech solutions was the seller. They sold me fake product with thousands of fault in it. My PC is super slow and it did not work for even 1 day since the day i bought. Even the paytm refused to replace or return it. Laptech solutions and paytm is cheating people. They sell old products to the people on online shopping sites. Please be aware of them

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL..!!! The salesman is extremely rude, he misguides people. He first of all was not respecting the customers. I wanted DOS laptop , he told me DOS isn't available (in the model which I was buying) he told company don't sale DOS laptop and was fooling me. I went to another store it was all available with all of them.Also the model he shown was available at cheaper price at other places. The sales service is TOO POOR!
ONLY GO THERE IF YOU WANT TO FEEL DISRESPECTED!
Worst service!

This is the worst shop in Tilak Road selling Laptops. They sell all the duplicate laptops.
I purchased one in the month of May & since then I'm facing issues . But the shop owner is not taking any responsibility to help me. More over the Girl in this is worst ever receptionist. She is so so arrogant that u can't even discuss issues with your laptop. She doesn't know Even how to talk.... & Other people are also the same...
NEVER EVER PURCHASE ANY SINGLE LAPTOP FROM THIS STORE

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are about to purchase Laptop, do visit once. If you have your requirement defined then you will get available options here. I have been visiting Tilak Road store since many years and bought Laptop for myself and my friends too.
Being Tech Savvy person, I also guide people seeking advice for buying Laptops and on Top of that Mr Paresh is the one who gives me perfect choice.
Recently I bought one more laptop (Lenovo) and gifted to my nephew. No doubt I spent more time than regular while choosing it and finally got the deal. My dynamic decisions were supported by the people with the only fact that it would fit in their "will do" or "can do" list.
Another person I interacted whole time was Miss Shraddha, who was providing me every bit of information soon I asked. She is full of energy and has lot of patience (as it took me time to review all possible facts and decide the one I could buy)
This is not my one time experience of course, however since years I never had an issue nor any of my friends I referred.
I would rate 5 with all my years of experience and thought this is the time to put mine one for all the efforts they take to make you happy and satisfied...
