We bought cycle in March month and then they told us that we can do service in 1-2 months or anytime as per your cycling distance. After that lockdown happend and everything was closed.
When after 3-4 month we visited for our pending free service the owner of the shop said we don't provide any free service now and started asking money for services...
Also so much wrong attitude for after sales services customers.... i don't recommend Baba Cycle Shop to anyone...
