Probably the worst service I have ever experienced. Purchased a lot of equipment, it’s been over 4 months post the committed delivery date and the equipment is still not delivered.
Sales team is extremely rude, ignores my repeated calls/messages and just does not seem to care whatsoever.
Will have to file a legal case against the supplier since there is no further communication from the sales team/manager.

But I was eventually the winner out of it as I was able to sell my membership for gym at much higher price compared to others. Quality of the equipment really speaks for itself. Would definately plan my second gym with them soon.

They are Cheaters!
The lady in charge Mrs Amrita never stands by her Words. She always committee but at the time of delivery she back off. I purchased some machines from them in 2019. Delivery took 3 months to Reach. In delivery some parts were missing, she promised the missing parts will arrive soon. But they haven’t arrived till today.
When I asked for a refund. she says that the amount cannot be refunded. Now they are not even picking up my calls. I do respect ladies. But she is the biggest liar I have ever encountered in my life.
