★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great Service ..They are very friendly and professional, great customer service and the equipment is top quality. I have recommended them to all of my friends and family. The best part is, you don't need to sign a long term contract so you can rent for as long as you want. I also appreciated how efficient they were at delivery, set up and removal. All around great company! Keep up the good work team!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Received an Old Treadmill, is not very clean and very pleasant but Fitness at Home service team is quite nice. I complained about a particular thing and these guys kept on following for servicing. Appreciate their service and customer care standards but the product quality which they have delivered is in very bad and old condition.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please don't take anything from these guys. You will be trapped. I took cross trainer for 3 months and paid 7900 in advance. Very first day paddle has come out which can't be fixed by us. I have been calling these guys no response, no response to emails also. It's a nice concept but pathetic cust service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is one of the worst companies to take an equipment on rent. The products are old and have recurring issues. You would not even get to use the product half the time as it will be down due to one fault or another. To make matters worse, the customer service is non-existent. No one and I mean no one picks up the phone on given numbers even after trying for many times. The email ids are useless as the mails keep bouncing back. This has been the most horrible experience and I think a lesson that not to fall in trap of such companies. I really wish I could give them a lower rating and the kind of pathetic service they have provided, they will get a notice from me after I make a complaint in consumer court.
